About Watson-Towers

Established in 1971, Watson-Towers Limited has the expertise to meet the requirements of most steel users, large and small.

The Company began life at Wishaw in North Lanarkshire and in 1991 moved to our present works at Coatbridge.

Coatbridge has a history of steel making behind it and although the traditional industry has gone, there still remains a core of skilled people.

'Sun Works', our present premises, was originally a steel foundry and is located next to the main road network with easy access to the M8 - Edinburgh-Glasgow motorway, M80 - Glasgow-Stirling motorway and the M74 - to Carlisle and the South .

The Founders

Bobby Watson and David Towers started the company when the demand for steel grew in the early seventies and the company has maintained its dominance as a major steel plate service centre in Scotland.

Now in it's second generation Neil Watson and Fraser Towers continue to provide a commitment to service and quality.
